"Demon Eye" is the common term. Active Demon Eye = lit, Passive Demon Eye = unlit (just painted guts of the projector).

Yes, I DIY it... I used Single LED RGB on Demon Eye...

Thanks guys! Planning on doing halos on my car very soon. My friend recently did his headlights on his WRX. I might want to go for a light blue or white halo. I'd do red but my friends gotten pulled over for his red halos several times. Any other tips, tricks or opinions?

You can go RGB Halos. That you can change color White ,Red, Blue and other colors...That's what I have on my Coolblue .
