So, I don't know much just yet but I keep seeing some good and bad reviews about halo projector headlights. Is it worth it to get the halos or better off to just retrofit?

You may be able to find a shop local but be prepared to pay a fair bit for it. You can contact me or cool blue to do a set for you, we both do them on the side
