I recently installed Megan EZ coilovers and I adjusted all of the coilovers evenly but the car is uneven when measuring with the wheel on. Like on the rear, my left side is lower than the right. Any reasons to why?

It could be preload, or some odd load in the vehicle.

How do I know if preload is off? Doesn't the two locking nuts on top have to be together for them to be zeroed out? Also could it have been that when I installed the rear coilovers it did't sit properly before I bolted it on.

also be sure to note that a drive way or whatever on a slope can cause this too.
