anyone local? can shops do this install? I definitely do not like messing with anything electrical and I have no patience.

What is local to you? Any audio shop can probably do the install, they just may have trouble finding the pinouts and stuff. Those guys are usually pretty good though.

how did you wire the folding mirrors to work with the lock/unlock function?

Does the inspire mirrors have the heat function? Im thinking about doing this, but that is the deciding factor.
