Regular (87) or Premium (91) Comments Pls!

Guys im very indecisive here, from your honest experiance and Opinion, what is best for an Accord Coupe V6 6spd 08? I know the Owner Manual says "87 and Higher" but from all you 8th Gen daily drivers, whats Perffered and Why? Pls Comment!
