The lights on both my climate control and radio control were burned out. I managed to replaced the burned out climate lights fairly easy but it doesn't look like there are any "replaceable' bulbs for the radio control portion. Anyone had this problem before? If so how did you fix it? I'm stumpe...

That's your top hat nut that is loose. It is a common problem that seems to happen. What you need to do it have that nut tightened down and it git rid of the noise and clunking. Does anyone know how to fix the lighting from the radio portion? My heater/ac control lighting works but the radio control lighting is burned out and I don't see any bulbs for it.
